These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and WeTradeDaily covering the free game, your player identity, and every paid competition on this website. By creating a handle, playing a round, or paying an entry fee, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use WeTradeDaily.

1. Who you are contracting with

2. What we sell

WeTradeDaily is a skill-based chart-reading game on chart patterns modelled on Gold and Bitcoin price action. Products and prices in Indian Rupees (INR) are listed at /pricing:

Weekly ranked arena — ₹0
Public leaderboard and career page — ₹0
Paid skill competitions — entry fee in INR (currently from ₹1 to ₹500), collected by PayU

The in-game wallet is play money with no cash value. There are no physical goods and no shipping.

3. Paid competitions

A paid competition is a time-boxed game of skill with a published prize. The entry fee is a participation fee in INR. Payment is processed by PayU. We never see your card, UPI PIN, or OTP. Only paid (verified) entries rank for a prize.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

The full policy is on the Refunds & Cancellations page. In short: full refund of the INR entry fee if you cancel before the competition starts; no refund after it starts except where we cancel the event or the law requires one.
